Mouse Tester
Quickly check whether this browser receives mouse buttons, wheel input, and movement.
Mouse Tester controls
Move, click, and scroll inside the test area for a quick input check.
This is a quick live overview. Use Mouse Button Test for per-button detection and press counts.
Inside this test surface, normal browser actions for tested mouse input — including X1/X2 Back/Forward navigation — are suppressed when the browser exposes those events. Outside the surface, normal mouse behavior is unchanged.
Mouse Tester is listening. Move, click, or scroll inside the test area.
How to test your mouse
- Move the pointer inside the test area.
- Press the main, middle, secondary, or side buttons you want to check.
- Scroll and watch the live overview for browser-detected input.
What the result means
This page is a fast whole-mouse check: it shows the last semantic button role, how many button roles have appeared, whether wheel input arrived, and whether pointer movement was detected. For per-button held state and press counts, use Mouse Button Test.
Browser and hardware limitations
Browser button roles can reflect operating-system remapping, and some side-button behavior varies by browser, driver, or platform. A missing event can suggest an input problem, but this page does not certify overall mouse hardware health or measure latency, DPI, or hardware polling rate.
